Through PagoAgil where your can choose different secure payment methods, credit or debit cards, bank debits through PSE or puntos baloto and efecty ( available only for Colombia). If you wish to transfer directly to our account please contact us for guidance, this option is only available for Colombia.
What materials do you use to manufacture your jewelry?
All Aysha Bilgrami jewelry is manufactured in 950 and 925 sterling silver with 24 K gold vermeil. Our raw material is not traditionally mined, is 100% recycled and refined from X-rays. Materials used in our jewelry may vary from capsule collections or special projects, and will be clearly specified on each piece.
I forgot how to use my ear cuff? Where can I see how to use it?
Each ear cuff includes a photo of the product on the model as a guide to know how you should use your ear cuff. You may also visit our IGTV here to see short tutorials or contact us through out WhatsApp for assistance.
Do you have eco-sustainable projects?
Our jewelry is eco-sustainable as we work with recycled silver from X-rays. X-rays are processed and washed to separate metal from plastic, then refined to obtain pure silver, the same type of silver obtained from traditional mining, but with this process we are able to reduce the negative impact on the environment. Chemicals used in our jewelry and the recycling process are never disposed of in sewage system, they are refilled and used until they are finished. We endeavour to create the least waste possible with our packaging, however if you have any suggestion, please contact us.
My earring’s stick broke, can you fix it ?
Send it to us, we’ll fix it. AYSHA BILGRAMI SAS repairs all pieces made by the company. You can always send your products to our Studio to be repaired, irrespective if the guarantee period has expired, it should be sent to us with a copy of the invoice or buyer’s ID. I bought my product on Friday night, when will it be shipped to me?
Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following working day. You must keep in mind that Colombia has approximately 19 bank holidays per year.

You can visit us at our studio in Bogotá, Colombia: Monday through Friday from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm, Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. You can also contact us through WhatsApp for assistance.

I bought my jewelry at a stockist and it needs repair, can you fix it?
If you bought your jewelry with a distributor, you must contact such distributor and they will contact us and carry out the repair process. Remember to keep your invoice.
