PRODUCT


All Aysha Bilgrami jewelry is manufactured in 925 sterling silver and 950 silver, with 24k gold vermeil, or 18k gold. Our silver is not traditionally mined, it is 100% recycled and refined from X-rays and our gold is recycled from already existing gold pieces. Materials used in our jewelry may vary from capsule collections or special projects, and will be clearly specified on each piece. All our jewelry is made in Bogotá, Colombia. We endeavour to show as accurate as possible, the colors and images or our products as they are in real life. Remember that the stones we use are natural and each one is unique, they may vary in form or color. We cannot guarantee that your computer screen shows any color as accurate as they are. Our pieces are hand-made, hence, there might be slight variations between the photos exhibited in ayshabilgrami.com and the actual piece.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of any product or service we provide. All product descriptions or prices are subject to changes at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Products shown in our website may be discontinued at any time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY


AYSHA BILGRAMI SAS will maintain a number of units available in inventory. We will willingly sell more units that those we have available. We will do every thing in our power to please our Clients on their product demand. If you are interested in any product that is no longer available, or from previous collections, do not hesitate to contact us at onlineshop@ayshabilgrami.com or at +57 3219038074 for information regarding availability or requesting the manufacturing of such piece. Each request will be analyzed, approved or declined, on a case by case basis.

MADE TO ORDER OR PRE ORDER


All designs with the MADE TO ORDER or PRE ORDER option are made upon request and will be shipped within 10 – 30 working days once order is placed. All MADE TO ORDER items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

BESPOKE 


We make bespoke designs upon request. Dont hesitate in contacting us at onlineshop@ayshabilgrami.com or  +57 3219038074 to book an appointment. Bespoke jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.

GIFT CARD


Gift Cards can be redeemed at our store in Bogotá or here at ayshabilgrami.com. Once you’ve purchased the Gift Card  we will send you an online code, with a digital card. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. Gift Cards cannot be bought with other gift cards. If purchase exceeds the Gift Card you can pay the remaning cost with cash or credit card, or through any other payment methods available at our studio.  The gift card serves as a document of the bearer, AYSHA BILGRAMI SAS is not responsible for its loss. Gift Cards expire in 4 months from the date of purchase.

VAT-FREE DAY – DIA SIN IVA


VAT-FREE DAY or DIA SIN IVA applies only to purchases in Colombia. It is a day where all products will be exempt from the 19% sales tax.

Applies to cash payments at our store and through our digital channels such as www.ayshabilgrami.com, WhatsApp and Instagram.

VAT discount will only be applied to the first 3 items in each category, per person.
example: 3 earrings, 3 rings, 3 chains.

Each product cannot exceed the value of $726,000 pesos (excluding VAT).

You will need to provide us with all your details for the creation of an electronic invoice. The purchase details must be the same as the credit card details. Only applies to natural persons.

Applies to all products available on the website www.ayshabilgrami.com and WhatsApp Shopping. If you do not find your jewel available contact us to make it for you and deliver it in 2 weeks approx.

All exchanges made on purchases made during the VAT FREE DAY or DIA SIN IVA must be notified within the next 3 to 5 days of purchase and you must pay the VAT at the time of the change.

SHOPPING CART


Products added to your ayshabilgrami.com shopping cart will not be reserved until purchase is effectively made. After 15 minutes of inactivity, these products may be freed to another person interested in such product. Products saved in Wishlists, will not be reserved, we recommend that you be mindful regarding availability.

PAYMENT PROCESS


Payment process will be conducted via PagoAgil or PayPal for payments in USD; these safe payment platforms will continue and complete the payment process. ayshabilgrami.com will not have access to your financial information at any time and waives any responsibility thereof.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME


Shipping within Colombia will be carried out by shipping agencies Pasarex, Fedex or Mensajeros Urbanos. We have free shipping within Colombia. Delivery times in Bogotá are between 2-3 working days and in the rest of the country from 3 to 8 working days. Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following working day. Take into account that Colombia has approximately 19 bank holidays per year.
Once payment is processed and package is ready, we will send you the tracking number and a follow-up to your email. Please make sure you leave a valid contact number, address and e-mail in you payment information.

Shipping outside Colombia will be made by DHL or Fedex. We provide free shipping outside Colombia if your purchase exceeds US$200. International shipping costs for purchase of less than US$200, will be US$25. Once you receive your product, you may have to pay fees or taxes as applicable in your country, these are not included in the purchase price.
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Delivery times outside Colombia are between 3-15 working days, destination dependant. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed  the following working day. You must take into account that Colombia has approximately 19 bank holidays per year.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the client, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver. Once payment is processed and package is ready, we will send you the tracking number and a follow-up to your email. WARRANTIES AND CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT


All pieces have a 30 day warranty on account of manufacturing defects, from purchase, and 1-year warranty with gold vermeil pieces. Shipping costs are not included.

Due to the nature of our jewelry slight variations may occur. To avoid deterioration of your jewelry, apply make-up, perfume or beauty products before putting it on. Do not use them to go to the beach, swim or exercise. Keep it in a fabric bag to protect it when you are not using it. For pieces made of materials other than silver, please read caring instructions in the product’s description. Stones that brake due to smashing or falling have no warranty, as these are deemed misuse or inappropriate care of the jewel. If you bought your jewelry from a distributor, you must contact such distributor and they will contact us and carry out the repair process.

DISCLAIMER


AYSHA BILGRAMI SAS waives its responsibility of the warranty, when there is evidence that the problem stems from: Misuse of a product by the Client, or when the Client evidently has not followed the product’s caring instructions, See above GUARANTEE AND CARING FOR PRODUCTS section. Every warranty request will be analyzed, approved or otherwise declined.

EXCHANGE POLICY


Discounted, MADE TO ORDER and bespoke items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase if piece is in perfect conditions, no scratches or signs of use and with is complete packaging. If we decide your product applies for exchange policy shipping costs will be responsibility of the client. We do not refund money, the customer will receive store credit for the value of the purchase and will have 6 months to redeem it in products of the brand.

Should your purchase arrive in poor conditions, please write to us at onlineshop@ayshabilgrami.com or info@ayshabilgrami.com within 48 hours of reception thereof, describing the product and attaching a photo of the problem. Each request will be analyzed, approved or declined, on a case by case basis.

REPAIRS


AYSHA BILGRAMI SAS repairs all pieces made by the company. You can always send your products to our Bogotá store Casa Creciente at Calle 70 # 9-83 to be repaired or refurbished, irrespective if the warranty period has expired. We will analyze case and will inform the costs of such repairs and delivery time. Shipping costs are not included. Each request will be analyzed, approved or declined, on a case by case basis.

To request a repair or maintenance of your jewelry, contact us at info@ayshabilgrami.com. If you bought your product from a distributor, get in contact with such distributor and they will contact us. No repairs shall be made to products that were not bought by authorized distributors of AYSHA BILGRAMI SAS.
