All our pieces come with a 30-calendar-day warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase and a 1-year warranty on the gold plating.
Shipping costs are not included. Please feel free to contact us for cleaning or if you encounter any issues with your jewelry.
Jewelry can always be sent to our store in Bogotá at Calle 70 No. 9-83 for restoration, whether or not it is within the warranty period.
We will review each repair and inform you of the costs and delivery times for approval. Shipping costs are not included.
