WARRANTY & RESTORATION

All our pieces come with a 30-calendar-day warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase and a 1-year warranty on the gold plating. Shipping costs are not included. Jewelry can always be sent to our store in Bogotá at Calle 70 No. 9-83 for restoration, whether or not it is within the warranty period.
