Our silver is reclaimed from X-rays. The gold-plated pieces have a 24k gold plating.
The glass pieces are hand-blown, and the color tone and shape may vary slightly due to their artisanal process. All stones are natural, and color tones may vary. This is what makes them natural.

WARRANTY & RESTORATION

All our pieces come with a 30-calendar-day warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase and the first re plating is courtesy of the brand. Shipping costs are not included for these services

Please feel free to contact us for cleaning or if you encounter any issues with your jewelry. Jewelry can always be sent to our store in Bogotá at Calle 70 No. 9-83 for restoration, whether or not it is within the warranty period. We will review each repair and inform you of the costs and delivery times for approval. Shipping costs are not included. Each request will be reviewed, approved, or declined based on its case.
