INTERNAL CIRCUNFERENCE with an existing ring and refer to the internal diameter (mm) columnn or EXTERNAL CIRCUNFERENCE by measuring your finger with string or paper and use the finger circumference (mm) column.

INTERNAL CIRCUNFERENCE (VIEW VIDEO ABOVE)
1. Pick a ring that fits you confortably in the finger you desire to wear the ring
2. Place ruler or measuring tape exactly through the middle of the ring
3. Compare the (mm) with the chart above at the internal diameter colum
If you are inbetween sizes, pick the larger one

EXTERNAL CIRCUNFERENCE (VIEW VIDEO ABOVE)
1. Take a piece of string or paper and wrap around your finger
2. Wrap around the finger where you desire to wear the ring. DO NOT pull tight, it must move smoothly.
3. Mark where they overlap
4.Compare the (mm) with the chart above at the finger circunference colum
If you are inbetween sizes, pick the larger one
Do not use this method if you have been travelling, drinking alcohol or having little sleep becuase you might be swollen
