If you need a cleaning or have any issues with your jewelry, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can send it to our store in Bogotá, located at Calle 80 #8-14, Estudio 201 in Bogotá, for evaluation and restoration, whether within or outside the warranty period. Each request will be reviewed individually. We will inform you of the costs and delivery times for approval before proceeding with any repairs.

We evaluate your jewelry to understand what treatment it requires, whether it meets the cleaning requirements or if there is a charge, and the estimated delivery time. The first treatment in the first year is complimentary; after this treatment, there may be a charge.

Once you approve the service, we'll take care of the rest.
Pick up at our store or have it delivered to your home within 20-30 business days
