WARRANTY
All our pieces come with a 30-calendar-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, and a 1-year warranty on gold plating. Shipping costs are not included.
If you need a cleaning or have any issues with your jewelry, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can send it to our store in Bogotá, located at Calle 70 No. 9-83, for evaluation and restoration, whether within or outside the warranty period. Each request will be reviewed individually. We will inform you of the costs and delivery times for approval before proceeding with any repairs.

How does it work?
Contact us via WhatsApp +57 321 903 8074 or email info@ayshabilgrami.com to arrange shipping of the piece to our store. CASA CRECIENTE – Calle 70 # 9-83, Bogotá, Colombia.
We evaluate your jewelry to understand what treatment it requires, whether it meets the cleaning requirements or if there is a charge, and the estimated delivery time.
The first treatment is complimentary; after this treatment, there may be a charge.
Once you approve the service, we'll take care of the rest.
Pick up at our CASA CRECIENTE store or have it delivered to your home.
